Delivery Policy

Digital delivery
All Panda Translation services are delivered in digital format. Translated files are delivered via email or secure link. For sworn translations requiring original paper documents, physical delivery is agreed separately and quoted individually.
Delivery formats
- Document translation: same format as original document (DOCX, PDF, etc.)
- Website localisation: CMS-compatible format, string files, or clean HTML
- Subtitles: SRT, VTT, ASS or other agreed formats
- Sworn translation: PDF of translated document + sworn translator declaration
Standard timelines

Rush delivery
Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for most document types as a paid add-on. Availability and cost are confirmed at the time of order. Not all document types are eligible for rush delivery.
Start prerequisites
Work starts when we have received full payment, the original documents, and the project brief. Delays in providing materials by the client do not create liability for Panda Translation.
