Three projects that show what professional translation means in real contexts.
Meridian Pharmaceuticals
"42,000 words of regulatory documentation in three language pairs, delivered on schedule for an EMA submission."
Meridian needed to prepare a regulatory submission for the European Medicines Agency. The documentation included clinical trial summaries, product information leaflets, and a full Module 5 clinical report. Language pairs were English to Italian, Spanish, and French. We assembled a team of four specialist medical translators with pharmaceutical regulatory backgrounds, coordinated by a single project manager. Delivery was staged to match their internal review schedule, with all 42,000 words completed in 18 working days.
TourItalia Booking Platform
"A full digital localization into four languages for one of southern Italy's growing travel platforms."
TourItalia wanted to expand from Italy-only to serve French, German, Spanish, and English markets. Their existing platform had 8,400 UI strings, 120 destination description pages, and a complete help center. We localized the entire digital product, working directly with their development team via a shared CAT tool environment. SEO metadata was localized for each market, not just translated. The German and Spanish versions launched first within six weeks; French followed three weeks later.

Apulian Film Festival
"14 short films, 11 language pairs, all subtitled and delivered in SRT and VTT for festival screening and online distribution."
The Apulian Film Festival required subtitles for its international selection in both English and Italian, plus five additional languages for the online release. Films ranged from 8 to 28 minutes. We handled the initial transcription for the Italian-language films, translated and timed all subtitle files, and produced accessible caption versions with speaker identification for the hard-of-hearing versions. All files were delivered within 9 working days of receiving the master video files.
