Native-speaker review of existing translations or originally written texts for accuracy, style, and fluency.
Proofreading & Editing
Document translation sounds simple until you try it with machine translation and discover that your product manual has become something that technically says the right words but reads as though it was written by someone who learned the language from a dictionary and nothing else. Good document translation requires someone who knows the subject, knows both languages properly, and has the experience to make choices when two equally accurate options exist.
We translate business correspondence, technical manuals, financial reports, academic papers, HR documentation, marketing materials, medical records, and most other document types. For each project, we match the translator to the subject matter. A contract goes to a legal translator. A product specification goes to a technical translator with domain knowledge in that field.
Every translation we deliver has been reviewed by a second linguist before it reaches you. This is not optional. The review catches errors, improves phrasing, and checks terminology consistency. You receive the translated document in the same format as the original, unless you ask for something different.

"We had used two other agencies for pharmaceutical translations. Panda Translation was the first to raise specific questions about our regulatory context before starting work. That made a real difference to the output."
