Most translation work is priced per word, with the rate depending on the language pair, subject matter, and urgency. We also offer flat-rate packages for common project sizes. After you send your files, we confirm the exact word count and provide a fixed quote before any work begins.

Our standard service is human translation, reviewed by a second human. We do not deliver raw machine translation output. For some high-volume projects, clients sometimes ask us to use MT as a first pass with full human post-editing, which we offer at a lower rate. We are transparent about which approach is being used.

A certified translation includes the translated document plus a signed declaration by the translator confirming the accuracy of the translation. For Italy, we provide translations by registered sworn translators (traduttori giurati). If you need apostille or notarization of the declaration, we can arrange that as an add-on.

Standard documents (up to 2,000 words) typically take 2 to 3 working days. Larger projects are scoped individually. We always confirm a delivery date before starting work. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available as a paid add-on for most document types.

Our primary language pairs are Italian combined with English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. We also handle Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Polish, and Dutch through specialist partners. If you have a less common language pair, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA for any project that contains sensitive information. All translators on our network work under non-disclosure agreements. Documents are transferred over encrypted channels and are never stored on public or shared servers.
