1. Acceptance

By placing an order or using Panda Translation services, you fully accept these Terms of Service.

3. Nature of Services

All Panda Translation services are delivered in digital format. Deliverables are sent via email or secure link. No physical delivery is involved unless expressly stated (e.g. original sworn documents to be sent by post).

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (EUR). Full payment is required before work begins. The quote is confirmed in writing before the project starts. Payment is processed via Stripe on checkout.stripe.com.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives commercial usage rights to the delivered translation. Panda Translation reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client's original documents remain their exclusive property.

6. Confidentiality

All documents and information provided by clients are treated as confidential. On request, we sign NDAs before receiving any material. Translators in our network operate under non-disclosure agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Panda Translation is not liable for any losses arising from use of delivered translations. Maximum liability is limited to the value paid for the specific service. The client is responsible for verifying that the translation is appropriate for the intended use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Salerno has jurisdiction over any dispute.
