Four phases for every project.
Send us your documents through the order form or by email. We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, HTML, and most other formats. If your material is confidential, we sign NDAs as standard.
Within a few hours you receive a quote with the word count, price breakdown, and estimated delivery date. No hidden extras, no surprises. If the project is complex we may ask clarifying questions before quoting.
Your project is assigned to a specialist translator in the relevant field. Every translation goes through a second pass by a native proofreader before delivery. For certified translations, the sworn declaration is prepared at this stage.
Files arrive by email or through a secure link. We include a short summary of any terminology decisions or domain-specific choices we made. If anything needs adjusting, let us know within 14 days at no charge.
The review is not optional.
Every translation we deliver has been checked by a second native-speaker translator before it reaches the client. It is not an optional paid-extra. It is how every project works, for every client.
For sworn translations and certifications, the process also includes preparing the translator's sworn declaration and, if required, notarization support.
